Support customers, develop customer relationships, and generate sales growth.  Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions and policies regarding payment, exchanges and security practices.  Demonstrate makeup and skin care on clients.  Provide knowledge of the products for customer's needs.  Inspect service areas to ensure cleanliness and sanitize the treatment area and brushes after each use.  Conduct discussions with the production team, cast, and crew to finalize the looks for the project at hand.  Demonstrate make-up and implement a practical understanding of lighting, the photographic process and colors.  Apply different techniques to bring about changes in facial features, skin texture and bodily contours in order to produce a fresh look.

Oversaw the proper operation, scheduling, staffing, costuming and training of all Entertainment Team Members pertaining to the wardrobe department.  Directly supervised all seasonal team member activities, including all front-of-house, back-of-house training, rehearsal activities and employee incentive events.  Assisted department management with organizing Department Training.  Assisted department with setup of special events, operation and tear down of events.  Was appointed by supervisor to represent the wardrobe department on park wide committees.  Maintained show quality standards as set by production staff.  Served as Entertainment Coordinator On-Duty during operating hours.  Altered pre-existing costumes as well as created new ones.  Have working knowledge of costuming practices and theatre procedures.  Ability to make patterns, make costumes from patterns, and tailor men’s and women’s costumes.
